Find out more about the work we do.

The Hub funded, procured and managed a feasibility study showing that, with the right grant support, competitively priced green hydrogen can be produced for use in the Swindon area.

The Hub worked with Cornwall Council and Cornwall Airport Ltd to identify a site and develop and deploy a 165kW ground-mounted solar PV scheme connected to the Cornwall Airport Newquay’s terminal building.

The Net Zero Hub collaborated on this scoping study with Lendology CIC and local authorities to explore the possibility of increasing funds available to lend to the Able-to-Pay retrofit market…

This pilot project, led by National Grid, looked at how best to share data and develop new tools to integrate local energy planning by Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and local authorities.

The Net Zero Hub worked with Devon County Council on this project to develop a simplified number of rural housing archetypes to support market development of retrofit across the county.

The scheme aims to retrofit 600 Cornwall Council-owned social homes with solar photo voltaic (PV) panels to generate renewable energy, reduce tenants’ energy costs and support local supply chains.
